The Quorum Lands over 13,800 SF of New Leases

Sunwest Real Estate Group recently inked over 13,800 square feet of new leases at The Quorum, located at 14850 Quorum Drive in North Dallas. With this leasing activity and sustained occupancy, The Quorum continues to attract top-tier businesses seeking a high-quality office environment in a dynamic location.

Two recently executed leases backfilled the 13,842-square-foot space formerly occupied by Paradigm Tax, which was acquired by Ryan Tax in 2023 and consolidated into the firm’s Dallas headquarters. Within seven months of the space becoming available, Sunwest successfully completed the following transactions:

• SpinSci Technologies, LLC, a digital health innovation company, expanded its headquarters within the building to a total of 5,555 square feet. This deal was completed directly.

• Clear Technologies, Inc., an IT solutions and data infrastructure firm, relocated its corporate offices to The Quorum, signing an 8,286-square-foot lease. The tenant was represented by Michael Doherty of Lincoln Property Company.

Additionally, Sunwest finalized a renewal agreement with MV Engineering, Inc., whose Dallas headquarters have been located at The Quorum for 12 years. The firm is represented by Brian Whittington of Avison Young.
