Tabitha Layne

As one of Sunwest’s original employees, Tabitha leads Sunwest’s brokerage division.  She has seen it all when it comes to leasing and transacting in office, medical, flex, and industrial space in the metroplex and has leased up dozens of buildings to capacity while never backing down from a challenge.  

Experience – 16 years in the industry.  At Sunwest since 2010.

Did we mention – Tabitha has been awarded the distinction of Power Broker by D CEO magazine from 2018 – 2024.  She is a member of NTCAR, CREW Dallas Leadership Institute 2023 alumni, and appointed to lead the Las Colinas Dealmakers, a 35-year old network.  Tabitha has a passion for art, design, giving back to the community, and all things animal related.
