Matt Waldon

As Senior Vice President, Matt focuses his efforts on leasing and producing new business. 

Experience – 18 years. Throughout his career, Matt has consistently been named a top producer and completed over 1,000 real estate lease transactions. Prior to Sunwest, Matt worked for RM Crowe, Hartman Income REIT, Pillar Commercial, and most recently Reserve Capital Partners where he led the office division. Matt is a graduate from Austin College and a member of the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors (NTCAR). 

Did we mention – Matt and his wife live in Richardson with their precious little girl Eleanor. Matt has a passion for travel, coffee and enjoys spending time at his church, Upper Room.
