Marc Grossfeld

As the fearless leader of Sunwest, Marc founded the company in 2005.  Marc remains actively involved in all facets of the company including property operations, leasing, and investment management.  He ensures that our clients’ needs are exceeded, and communication is clear and efficient.

Experience – Founded Sunwest in 2005.  Prior to launching Sunwest, Marc held various financial positions with Dell, Pioneer Natural Resources and Trilogy Software.   

Did we mention – Marc gratefully serves his community as a board member or adviser for various nonprofit organizations, including the Ann and Nate Levine Academy where he served as Board President from 2021 to 2023. He graduated from the University of Texas at Austin where he was a member of The Business Honors Program and holds a CFA designation.  Marc is also diehard Tampa Bay Rays fan.
