Jon Weems

As Director of Property Operations, Jon keeps our client’s 20+ buildings looking great and our 200+ tenants happy by leading our operations staff of 20+ amazing individuals.  

Experience – 12 years, the majority of which has been spent in property management leadership roles at Transwestern.  At Sunwest since 2020.

Did we mention – Jon is a graduate of Austin College and currently lives on a 90-acre tree farm with his wife and two sons.  In addition to farm life, Jon enjoys riding mountain bikes and pretty much anything the great outdoors has to offer.
