Sunwest Represents JFS in Its Acquisition of a New Headquarters

Sunwest is proud to have represented Jewish Family Services (JFS) of Greater Dallas in acquiring the Parkside Office Center located in Addison, Texas. Parkside will serve as JFS’s new headquarters and will undergo a complete renovation with anticipated opening in early 2026.

After outgrowing its existing facility, Sunwest worked with JFS to identify a more substantial location. Parkside Office Center will provide JFS with nearly 100,000 square feet in a two-story office building located within Addison, just northwest of the existing JFS headquarters.
