Zack Pinnick

As Director of Engineering, Zack Pinnick is responsible for providing leadership and direction for the safe, efficient operation and maintenance of Sunwest’s portfolio of commercial properties across the DFW area.

Experience – Zack served 12 years in the U.S. Navy in high-level electronics and intelligence roles, where he developed a strong foundation in systems operations and leadership. After transitioning to the semiconductor industry, he managed 24/7 manufacturing facilities at Texas Instruments, overseeing facilities, operations, and engineering teams. Bringing that expertise to commercial real estate, Zack now focuses on scalable engineering programs, vendor partnerships, and preventative maintenance strategies to maximize building performance and tenant satisfaction. Zack joined Sunwest in 2025.

He’s a lifelong motivator who enjoys all things related to engineering and problem solving, mountain biking North Texas trails, and exploring the outdoors. Most importantly, Zack loves spending quality time with friends and family and finding ways to make a positive impact in the lives of those around him.
