Gino Bueno

As Director of Engineering, Gino is responsible for providing leadership and direction for the safe and efficient operation and maintenance of over 20 properties in the DFW area.

Experience – Retired Navy Chief Petty Officer of 21 years, the majority of which serving on ships assigned to the engineering department, leading to a second career as an operator and eventual manager in the commercial facilities industry in 2013, beginning with Hines, Fortis Property Group, and Hartman Income, REIT. At Sunwest since 2023.

Did we mention – Gino has degrees in Applied Marine Engineering and Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning. Gino is a proud husband, father, and grandfather who enjoys movies, fishing, grilling, and spinning vinyl records in his spare time, but most importantly spending as much time with his family as possible!
